Morgan Aleman, Principal & CEO of Vivia Group has been building community and livable spaces for over a decade, working with a select group of architects, developers and financial partners to address the changing landscape of property ownership and equitable real estate in urban areas.

Growing up in the PNW, Morgan watched as her dad poured sweat equity into their family business that he started, while mom reared the children in a house that they bought with what they had saved for and built from the ground up. She saw how that home gave them a foundation, saw how her folks leveraged the equity and she saw how home ownership was such a critical piece for building a legacy of wealth and how most importantly it builds stability and structure for a family and people to lead successful lives and allow that success to carry over generation over generation. Providing housing for people that is clean and in a good area is important to catapult them into home ownership.

Initially Vivia Group started out as a Boutique Real Estate Development company focused on breathing new life into old spaces in thriving and emerging communities. In an effort to bridge the gap between the “haves” and the “have nots” and to provide opportunities for people to build their own generational wealth through homeownership, Morgan believes that its going to take bringing together the best of the best, bridging the gap between community, livability and progress together to make this change happen.
