The proposed project is a mixed use building containing a blend of residential apartment units and commercial spaces at the street level. The vision for Nesttun Development is to provide quality, affordable housing that strikes a balance between standing out and fitting in through imaginative design and detail.

Taking a space that had lived one life and breathing a whole new life into it is something that takes intention and a true desire for making things better for the community. With tasteful updates and honoring the tradition of design baked into the bones of this project, we really enjoyed seeing it come to life.

Creating affordable living in the Capital Hill neighborhood was such an honor and such a fun project for us. The fast changing real estate market has made livability such a challenge in Seattle and we wanted to create incredibility livable and high quality spaces for this thriving neighborhood.

Coming 2023

Situated in Garden Valley between Boise and McCall, Idaho we have 3 lots for single family homes in the South Fork Landing development. Just 55 minutes north of Boise, near Grimes Pass littered with a bounty of incredible access to fly fishing, white water rafting, hiking, biking and outdoor recreation.

Situated on a historic lot line, we were able to subdivide the lot into two parcels. The lot eventually evolved into what is now two new modern homes on each lot. We loved this location because it was a five minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, retail and of course really close to Seward Park and the new homes had views of Mt. Rainer.

This was a single family flip. 4 beds, 2.5 baths. All new finishes, new deck, new siding, updated electrical and plumbing, new HVAC system. This house was located in the Rainer Beach neighborhood.
